Consistency Score

Also known as: Response consistency, Answer reliability

Measures how reliably AI gives the same answer when asked the same question multiple times.

Full Explanation

Consistency Score measures the percentage of identical or near-identical responses when running the same prompt multiple times (5-10 iterations). High consistency (80%+) indicates AI has stable, well-established knowledge about your brand or topic. Low consistency (<50%) suggests unstable messaging - AI is essentially "rolling the dice" each time it answers. Factual questions (like "What are popular drinks in Poland?") naturally achieve high consistency, while subjective recommendations (like "What's the best fruit to bring to work?") show lower consistency. The key insight: if your brand's messaging shows low consistency on questions where competitors show high consistency, you have a strategic gap.

Example

High consistency example: "What color are bananas?" → Always "yellow" (100% consistency). Low consistency example: "Which beer brand is best?" → Different brands each time (25% consistency). Brand positioning example: iPhone ecosystem message appears 90% of the time (high consistency), while Android benefits vary widely (40% consistency).
