Turn a measured content gap into six published drafts. That year of work by hand runs EUR 4,919 to EUR 9,959.

You own the content calendar. Every quarter you decide which eight things get written, and you decide it from keyword volume, a competitor’s blog and the loudest voice in the meeting. Then you defend the list to people who each have their own eight. Three months later the traffic report lands and nobody in the room can say which of those articles changed a single answer about your brand.

Every step of that quarter is an opinion bought by the hour. Someone judges which topics you cover. Someone writes the briefs. A freelancer writes the drafts, they come back sounding like every other draft on the internet, and an editor pulls each one back to brand.

What it costs today

Your own team at EUR 90 an hour, priced from a 100-page website, five buyer types and one six-asset plan.

All six lines, first yearthe six rows above added upEUR 4,919 to EUR 9,959

Add the six lines and the first year by hand runs EUR 4,919 to EUR 9,959, with the editing and the reading repeating every month you publish. Buy five of those jobs outside, as a content-gap audit, a brand-territory project, a commissioned content plan, a tone-of-voice guideline and a technical GEO sprint, and the range is EUR 20,840 to EUR 63,500. The Marketer plan is EUR 196 a month, EUR 2,352 a year, with no cap on how many plans you build inside it.

The workflow

Six playbooks in the order the work happens. Each one hands the next its input.

1. Start from a measured gap. Find the buyer questions your site never answers opens a coverage board: your buyer types down the side, the topic clusters found on your own website across the top, one number in every cell. Each buyer type carries an Uncovered needs list, real questions in a customer’s own words that your pages do not answer, and the Overview ranks those gaps by how many buyer types share each one. The top row is your brief list.

2. Put the gaps on the map of what you already published. The topic map consultancies charge five figures for groups every page the crawler read into named topics, sized by how much you have written there and sorted worst first. That order is your agenda for the quarter, and the receipts behind any cluster are one click away.

3. Turn one gap into a plan. The Fix it pill on a gap opens Gap Filler with the buyer and the question already filled in. From a gap to six drafts in one afternoon films the rest: an editable strategy, six briefs at one per content type, six full drafts, five internal links under each draft taken from your own pages, meta tags, and a week-by-week calendar.

4. Make the drafts sound like your brand before they are written. Drafts that already sound like your brand opens the brand voice record the scan wrote off your own top pages: audience, point of view, formality, tone, sentence style, up to 20 words you want printed and up to 20 you never want to see again. Edit it once and everything generated afterwards arrives under that constraint, which shortens the editing pass you pay for today.

5. Score the draft before you ship it. Score the draft before you ship it takes a pasted draft, the buyer it was written for and the cluster it belongs to, then returns every paragraph with a fit score, a rewrite and the reason it scored low. You get a send-back list before you have read a word, and a History row keeps the decision on file six weeks later.

6. Publish where AI can fetch it, then count who came. Publish where AI can read it, then count who came puts this month’s approved content on a subdomain of your own domain, with an llms.txt written from what actually went live. Your website gets two files and one line of script, once, so there is no CMS ticket per publish. Statistics closes the loop: clicks that came out of an AI conversation, which assistant sent them, the top ten pages, and the crawlers that pulled them.

What this does not do

Nothing runs on a schedule and nothing alerts you. Each project takes one scan per model per calendar month. Re-measure and Refresh calendar are free and unlimited, and you press them. There is no monitoring product here and no notification when a number moves.

No competitor comparison. The coverage numbers and the topic map read your own pages against your own buyer types. No rival’s website enters either computation.

Three models. Rankfor.AI works with Gemini, ChatGPT and Grok. Every draft is written by Gemini and carries the badge. Claude and Perplexity are not in the product. The traffic chart reads referrers, so other assistants can appear there as places a conversation happened.

Nothing reads a document, and some things stay on screen. Content Fitter takes pasted text only, and your tone-of-voice PDF cannot be uploaded anywhere. The gap sentences stop at the export boundary, the Brand DNA Map has no export button, and per-piece view counts on a published box read zero. Where a number has not been computed the screen says so in plain words, so you never present a fabricated zero.

Publishing also needs a verified domain, which your Rankfor.AI contact sets up with you days ahead. Every draft still needs a person to sign off on argument and accuracy.

Start here

Watch Find the buyer questions your site never answers. Five minutes and thirteen seconds.

It comes first because it changes the decision everything else is built on. A calendar picked from keyword volume can be defended in a meeting. A calendar picked from the questions your buyers ask and your pages fail to answer can be defended in the traffic report three months later. It ends with the click that starts step three.

Watch it with your own coverage board open, then hand the Uncovered needs list to a writer.
