Hook: One measured content gap becomes six briefs, six drafts, internal links, meta tags and a week-by-week calendar in a single afternoon. That set takes your team 19.5 to 39 hours today.

What You'll Be Able To Do

  • Turn one measured gap into a strategy in a single click, with the buyer and the question carried across for you
  • Edit the outline and the SEO strategy before anything locks, so the plan says what you would have said
  • Create six briefs, one per content type, each one a full brief underneath and not a headline
  • Generate a draft on brief, in your brand voice and in the language of your website, with five internal links off your own pages
  • Get a meta title, a meta description with live character counts and valid JSON-LD for every asset
  • Export the whole plan as one PDF or Markdown file: outline, SEO strategy, six briefs, six drafts and the calendar

Runtime: 5:58 | Difficulty: Intermediate

You own the content calendar. You already know which question your buyers keep asking and which page on your website fails to answer it. Between knowing that and having something publishable sit three handoffs: a strategist writes the plan, someone writes the briefs, a freelancer writes the drafts. Each handoff adds a week and a fee, and the work that comes back often misses the gap, because the brief passed through three hands and lost the reason it existed.

What it costs today

Your own team at EUR 90 an hour, freelance and agency at market rates. The plan makes one asset per content type, so this prices the mix it generates: one long-form article, one guide and four short assets.

That is 19.5 to 39 hours of your own team, EUR 1,755 to EUR 3,510 at EUR 90 an hour, or EUR 1,840 to EUR 4,500 bought in. Marketer is EUR 196 a month, with no cap on how many plans you build inside it.

What the video shows

  1. Project Overview, the Top Pain Points card. Each row is a question a buyer type asks and your pages fail to answer, with a count of how many buyer types share it. Click Fix it.
  2. Gap Filler opens with both fields filled by that one click, the buyer on the left and the question on the right. Press send.
  3. The strategy lands: goal, key messages, KPIs and risks on the left, keywords, entities and meta tags on the right. Edit it now, because the first brief locks both editors for good.
  4. Content Assets. Pick a type from eight cards, up to three of them starred for this plan, and create the brief. The counter climbs towards 6/6.
  5. Open the brief: keywords, goal, what readers will gain, sections, points to include, proof points, call to action, word count.
  6. Generate the draft. It runs 40 to 150 seconds and lands badged AI Generated (Gemini), with five internal links off your own pages underneath.
  7. SEO Meta. Title and description with live character counts, plus a Schema.org JSON-LD block.
  8. Distribution Plan. Press Refresh calendar, then read the weeks: theme, what ships, in order. Click a line to open that draft.
  9. The closing exports the plan as one PDF and scrolls it end to end, against the arithmetic from the table above.

What you need

Marketer, EUR 196 a month. Content generation opens on Marketer and above.

You need a finished scan with the metrics pass complete, and it has to have produced personas. Until then the pickers have nothing to offer and the view says so.

Two working notes worth knowing before you start. Three drafts generate at once on a scan, so a fourth waits its turn. Any edit to the outline or the SEO strategy has to happen before the first brief, because creating that brief locks both editors permanently.

Questions people ask

Do I get six articles? No. One brief per content type, so a plan is a mixed set of six. The picker greys out any type you already used, which is what keeps a plan from turning into six versions of the same page.

Which AI writes the drafts? Gemini, and every draft carries the badge AI Generated (Gemini). Rankfor.AI works with Gemini, ChatGPT and Grok. Claude and Perplexity are not in the product.

Does the calendar keep itself up to date? No. It goes stale as you add briefs, says so in an amber banner, and waits for you to press Refresh calendar. Nothing here schedules, publishes or alerts you.

Can I ship a draft straight from here? Read it first. It arrives on brief, in your brand voice and in the language of your website, and a person still signs off on argument and accuracy.

Watch the six minutes, then build a plan on the gap your scan already measured.
