Hook: Every cycle you pull the numbers into slides, write the narrative, recolour it to the client’s brand and email a PDF, at 8 to 16 hours per brand. Your client can open a branded, PIN-protected AI visibility report as a link, with no account and no slide editor.

What You'll Learn

  • Build a client report from the last finished scan, with the verdict in plain sentences, the score, the readiness scorecard, where the answers came from and the pages cited
  • Brand it once with your logo, an accent colour and the client’s team name, and have the setting saved against the project for next cycle
  • Mint a PIN-protected link your client opens in a browser, with no login and no seat on your plan
  • Print the same page as a PDF for the stakeholder who still wants a file in the inbox
  • Export a sources CSV, one row per source the score counted, so “how was this number built” gets answered once

Total Time: 5:28 | Difficulty: Beginner

It is the third of the month and your calendar has a block in it called client reporting. It is the same work every cycle, it is the first thing that slips when the month gets busy, and the client notices the week it slips.

What it costs today

Assumption: agency time at EUR 120 an hour, one brand, one reporting cycle.

Line itemArithmeticCost per brand per cycle
Pull the numbers, build the charts, write the narrative, brand the deck8 to 16 h at EUR 120/hEUR 960 to EUR 1,920
White-label reporting licenceEUR 100 to EUR 400 a monthEUR 100 to EUR 400, and it produces none of these metrics
TotalEUR 1,060 to EUR 2,320

That runs against an invoice of EUR 1,500 to EUR 4,000. Six clients a month puts EUR 5,760 to EUR 11,520 of your team’s time into documents, and one brand for one cycle costs what Marketer costs in five to twelve months.

What the video shows

  1. Every brand you can report on. The Reports screen lists them grouped by workspace, one row per brand you own. Competitor projects never appear here, which is what you want when you are sending this out.
  2. Branding, once. New report opens a short form: pick the brand, pick an accent from five presets or paste the client’s own hex, type who it is prepared for. The setting saves against the project, so next cycle you skip it.
  3. The report assembles itself. A stepper walks six steps from loading the latest run to ready, then the page carries your logo, the brand name and the client’s team name in the header, the verdict in plain sentences, the score, how often the models recommend the brand, the readiness scorecard, where the answers came from and the pages cited. Any section with no data hides itself.
  4. The attachment. Download PDF prints the same page, with sections kept whole across page breaks, for the stakeholder who still wants a file in the inbox.
  5. Mint the link. Share this report, PIN on, six digits, name the campaign if you track them, create, copy. Revoke sits next to it.
  6. What the client sees. A second window, logged out: the PIN gate, then the deck, twelve slides, down arrow to move. No account, no login, no seat on your plan.
  7. The method appendix. On the Rankfor Index screen, Export and then CSV gives you every source the score counted, one per row.
  8. The closing arithmetic. 8 to 16 hours per brand per cycle at EUR 120 an hour, against a report you build by pressing a button.

What you need

  • Any plan, including Free, to build a report and share it. The scan that makes it worth sending is Marketer, EUR 196 a month.
  • One finished scan on the project, run on the report model, Gemini by default, then the metrics pass. A finished scan on its own leaves half the sections hidden.
  • Two or more models in the scan for the “Visibility across AI models” section. Gemini plus ChatGPT or Grok.
  • Your logo uploaded in account settings before you create the link. The share copies the logo in at that moment.
  • An owner or admin seat to write the “Prepared for” line.

Questions people ask

Does my client need an account? No. They open the link, type the six-digit PIN and read the deck. They never touch a seat on your plan.

Does the report change after I send it? No. The link is fixed to the run it was created from, so what you send today is what they read next week, whatever you scan in between. There is no schedule and no alert. The report is built when you press the button.

Can I make the link expire? There is no expiry control on the form. Revoke is the only kill switch. One more limit worth knowing: five wrong PIN attempts lock the link for fifteen minutes, so give the client the PIN in writing.

Which AI models are in it? Gemini, ChatGPT and Grok. The cross-model section appears once the scan covered two or more of them. Each project takes one scan per model per calendar month, so plan the cycle around that.
