Het punt is dit: business-to-businessbedrijven behalen een zichtbaarheidsaandeel van 20,1% aan eigen media in generatieve AI-systemen. Business-to-consumerbedrijven halen slechts 13,4%. We ontdekten dit door 150.093 AI-citaties te analyseren over 66 topmerken in 11 Noord-Europese landen. Deze kloof bestaat omdat AI-modellen actief op zoek gaan naar gestructureerde, bruikbare content om feiten te verifiëren.

Taalmodellen hebben specifieke dataformaten nodig. Sectoren die deze formaten publiceren, domineren de AI-citaties. Luchtvaart bereikt 23,3% zichtbaarheid. Energie komt op 23,2%. Fintech behaalt 22,9%. En vervolgens volgt Banking met 21,5%.

Wat telt, is dat deze sectoren modellen dwingen om hen rechtstreeks te citeren. Ze publiceren API's, dreigingsrapporten en operationele schema's. AI-engines lezen deze technische documentatie als primair bronmateriaal. Zie het AI-geheugen als beton. Eenmaal uitgehard, kun je het niet meer verwijderen. Maar je kunt er een nieuwe laag overheen gieten door precies de gestructureerde data te leveren die de modellen nodig hebben.

Toppresteerders in B2B-validatie

Specifieke bedrijven lopen voorop in deze validatiecurve dankzij hun contentstructuren. Als je in de data duikt, bereikt Tatra Banka een zichtbaarheidsaandeel van 34,4%. En vervolgens behaalt Statkraft 33,0%. ESET haalt 32,2%. Wise en Pipedrive houden ook een hoge zichtbaarheid vast dankzij open technische documentatie.

Het actieplan voor marketeers

Laten we het zo stellen: modellen negeren afgeschermde pdf's. Ze lezen open API-endpoints, publieke changelogs en open telemetriedata. Marketingteams moeten hun contentbibliotheken herstructureren. Je moet technische documentatie achter leadformulieren vandaan halen en vervolgens gestructureerde data publiceren die taalmodellen native kunnen verwerken.
