Proof Point
Also known as: Evidence, Supporting claims, Credibility markers
Verifiable evidence in your content that AI can cite to support recommendations.
Full Explanation
Proof points are specific, verifiable pieces of evidence that strengthen your content authority. These include: statistics with sources, case study results, customer testimonials with attribution, awards and certifications, industry analyst quotes, and performance metrics. AI models look for proof points when deciding which brands to recommend confidently. Content with strong proof points earns higher ARD (AI Reasoning Depth) because AI can explain WHY it recommends you.
Example
Rather than "We have great customer support," use "Our customer support achieves 98% satisfaction with average 2-minute response time (Source: 2025 Customer Survey)."
