Video Demo Script & Talking Points

Six-beat narration structure for delivering personalized video demos that convert prospects into clients.

Intermedio
30 minutes
Agency Account Manager, Sales Director, Digital Strategist

Hook: Your client's SEO rankings look fine. But when a buyer asks AI for a recommendation in their category, someone else gets the meeting.

What You Will Learn

  • The 6-beat narration structure that powers every personalized video demo
  • Beat-by-beat talking points with real narration examples in English and Polish
  • How to adjust the narrative for five major verticals (service companies, e-commerce, marketing agencies, enterprise brands, manufacturing)
  • Language and pacing rules that ensure every demo sounds like a peer advisor, not a vendor pitch
  • The interpretation framework for every AI Visibility Score range

Prerequisites

  • You have completed the Platform Overview for Partners playbook
  • You have access to a scanned client project in the Rankfor.AI Playground
  • You understand the four AI Visibility metrics (Brand Recall, Message Alignment, Value Understanding, Content Structure)
  • 30 minutes of focused reading time

Why This Structure Exists

Every personalized video demo follows the same 6-beat arc. The structure mirrors how a diagnostic consultant presents findings: open with a question the client cannot answer, reveal the data, walk through what it means, prove the methodology, show the fix, and recommend the path forward.

The total narration runs approximately 3.5 minutes. Each beat maps to a specific screen in the Rankfor.AI Playground, and the narration is timed to match what the viewer sees on screen. This is the exact structure used by our Video Sales Machine (VSM) system to generate personalized video demos at scale.

The 6-Beat Structure

BeatScreenDurationPurpose
1. Visibility ScoreAI Visibility Score page35-57 secondsThe diagnosis: hook, score reveal, weakest metric, competitors
2. Brand DNABrand DNA Map30-40 secondsHow AI sees the brand: territories, keywords, gaps
3. PersonasBuying Personas30-34 secondsWho AI thinks the audience is: profiles, gaps, hallucination bridge

5. Content GapContent Strategy49-50 secondsThe fix: persona targeting, content generation, article detail
6. ClosingDashboard and Pricing14-20 secondsPackage recommendation and signature close

The arc is intentional. Beats 1 through 4 build tension by showing the problem from four angles. Beat 5 provides the release by showing the solution. Beat 6 closes with a specific recommendation and a reflection question.

Beat 1: The Diagnosis (AI Visibility Score)

Duration: 30-60 seconds Screen: AI Visibility Score page with sub-metric cards and competitors modal Emotion: Analytical curiosity shifting to measured authority at the score reveal

The Opening Hook Formula

Every demo opens with the same sentence structure:

"When a [specific buyer persona role] asks AI about [relevant query],
does [brand name] come up?"

This is the most important sentence in the entire demo. It puts the viewer in the shoes of their buyer and forces them to confront a question they have never considered.

Pro Tip: Use a real buyer persona role from the scan data. "Head of Engineering" is stronger than "someone." "Beauty Trends in 2026" is stronger than "your category." The more specific the query, the harder the question hits.

Score Reveal

After the hook, pause briefly. Then:

"We ran a full diagnostic. Your AI Visibility Score is... [score as words] out of a hundred."

The ellipsis before the score creates a natural pause. Keep it short (one second maximum) because the viewer already sees the score on screen. This is confirmation, not suspense.

Score Interpretation Framework

Use the following framework based on the overall score. Pick the range that matches and deliver the interpretation in plain language.

Score RangeInterpretation
90-100"AI has deep knowledge of your brand. You consistently come up as a top recommendation."
80-89"AI knows your brand well. You appear regularly when buyers ask about your category."
60-79"AI is starting to understand your brand. You show up in recommendations, but not always, and not always prominently."
40-59"AI occasionally mentions your brand. But for most buyer questions, you are invisible."
20-39"AI barely knows you exist. Your competitors are getting all the recommendation share."
Below 20"AI does not recognize your brand at all. Every buyer question goes to someone else."

Weakest Metric Diagnosis

Identify the lowest sub-metric and name the specific gap. The screen zooms into this metric while you speak, so the diagnosis must match what the viewer sees.

Weakest MetricDiagnosis
Brand Recall"The biggest gap is that AI simply does not mention your brand by name."
Message Alignment"The problem is your content uses different words than your customers use when asking questions."
Value Understanding"AI mentions you, but cannot explain why you matter. It cannot articulate your value."
Content Structure"Your content is not structured in a way that AI can reference. When asked a question, AI cannot point to a specific page on your site."

Competitor Mention

After the weakest metric diagnosis, the competitors modal opens on screen. Name two real competitors from the scan data:

"In the answers to your buyers' key questions, you are surrounded by [count] other brands. You are competing with names like [Competitor 1] and [Competitor 2] for AI's attention."

If Message Alignment is below 70, add:

"Your Message Alignment sits at [score]. AI does not believe you speak the right language to your customers. That is why you appear sporadically in recommendations."

Real Example: DO OK (EN, Service Company, Score 48)

Client: DO OK (custom software development, Poland) Score: 48/100 (Foundation Builder) Weakest Metric: Brand Recall at 0

"When a Head of Engineering asks AI about custom software development partners in Poland, does DO OK come up? We ran a full diagnostic. Your AI Visibility Score is... forty eight out of a hundred. AI occasionally mentions your brand. But for most buyer questions, you are invisible. The biggest gap is that AI simply does not mention your brand by name. Your Brand Recall is zero. In the answers to your buyers' key questions, you are surrounded by thirty five other brands. You are competing with names like Netguru and DXC Technology Company for AI's attention. Your Message Alignment sits at sixty one. AI does not believe you speak the right language to your customers. That is why you appear sporadically in recommendations."

Real Example[Polish]: Avon (PL, E-commerce, Score 51)

Client: Avon Polska (cosmetics e-commerce, Poland) Score: 51/100 (Foundation Builder) Weakest Metric: Brand Recall at 16

Checkpoint: You can deliver the Beat 1 hook, score reveal, weakest metric diagnosis, and competitor mention from memory. You can adjust the interpretation based on any score range.

Beat 2: Brand DNA Map

Duration: 60-120 seconds Screen: Brand DNA Map with territory clusters and keyword detail Emotion: Thoughtful, analytical. Walking through the map methodically.

Opening Line

Start immediately with the territory description. No preamble, no "let me show you," no transitions. Go straight into the map:

EN: "This is how AI sees [brand name]. This is your AI DNA."

PL: "Tak AI widzi [brand name]. To Wasze AI DNA."

Territory Walkthrough

Name 2-3 strong territories with their specific keywords. The keywords come from the clicked cluster visible on screen:

"AI connects [brand name] to [Territory Name]. It links you to keywords like [keyword 1], [keyword 2], and [keyword 3]. These are the concepts living inside AI's brain when it thinks about your brand."

Then identify 1-2 missing territories:

"We also see some presence in [Territory 2] and [Territory 3]. However, you are currently missing influence in [Gap Territory]. This territory is wide open for you."

Real Example: DO OK

"This is how AI sees DO OK. This is your AI DNA. AI connects DO OK to Development Cost Optimization. It links you to keywords like agile methodology, and SaaS and BaaS solutions. These are the concepts living inside AI's brain when it thinks about your brand. We also see some presence in Web Frameworks and Digital Product Development. However, you are currently missing influence in Tech Inclusivity. This territory is wide open for you."

Real Example: Avon (PL)

"Tak AI widzi Avon. To Wasze AI DNA. Algorytmy łączą markę z terytorium Avon Beauty Business, kojarząc Was z hasłami takimi jak konsultantki Avon, prezenty świąteczne czy marka Anew. To są koncepty żyjące wewnątrz mózgu AI, gdy analizuje ono Waszą ofertę. Widzimy też silną obecność w obszarze letnich zapachów. Brakuje jednak zakotwiczenia w szerszych kategoriach pielęgnacyjnych, które budują lojalność klientów przez cały rok."

Pro Tip: Do not mention personas in this beat. Personas come in Beat 3. This beat is purely about content territories and keywords. End with a brief final statement and let the screen pause for 3 seconds on the Brand DNA Map before transitioning.

Beat 3: Buying Personas

Duration: 30-60 seconds Screen: Persona cards list, then persona detail view with queries and gaps Emotion: Measured authority connecting data to human needs

Authority Claim (First)

Start with the authority claim before anything else. This buys time while persona cards load on screen:

EN: "Our intelligence across one million persona profiles shows that [insight about this vertical's buyers]."

PL: "Nasza analityka oparta na milionie profili person pokazuje, że [insight]."

This phrase appears only in Beat 3. Never use it earlier. It positions the persona intelligence as research-backed, not assumed.

Persona Count and Entry

"We see [count] buyer profiles. Let us enter the profile for [persona name]."

Use the exact name that appears on screen. The viewer sees you clicking into this specific persona.

Gap Summary

When the persona detail loads, the screen shows their queries and content gaps. Do not read the queries verbatim. The viewer can read them on screen. Instead, summarize the gap:

"The gap is clear. They cannot find evidence of your specific expertise in [topic]. AI has nowhere to point them to you."

Hallucination Bridge

End Beat 3 with the bridge to Beat 4:

EN: "When AI does not know the answer, it starts to hallucinate. When a CMO does not control this, the narrative slips out of control."

PL: "Kiedy AI nie zna odpowiedzi, zaczyna halucynować. A kiedy CMO tego nie kontroluje, narracja marki po prostu wymyka się z rąk."

This sentence creates the logical transition to the Dice Roller in Beat 4.

Beat 4: Dice Roller (Hallucination Verification)

Duration: 60-90 seconds Screen: Dice Roller with Brand Stability card, then Message Stability tab Emotion: Sincere and direct. Acknowledging a real problem without alarm.

Verification Intro

EN: "That is exactly why we built a hallucination verification tool. Let us see how it works. Our Dice Roller methodology achieves nearly ninety percent confidence in AI conclusions."

PL: "Właśnie dlatego stworzyliśmy narzędzie do weryfikacji halucynacji. Zobaczmy, jak to działa w praktyce. Nasza metodologia Dice Roller pozwala osiągnąć niemal dziewięćdziesiąt procent pewności co do wniosków z konwersacji maszynowej."

Brand Stability Results

When results load, describe the Brand Stability card:

"On the Brand Stability card, [brand name] appears in [X] percent of answers for these queries."

Message Stability

After clicking the Message Stability tab:

"The backbone of every AI response is what it always recommends. That is the What AI Recommends section."

Only add the Unique Insights line if the data contains Unique Insights entries: "Your opportunity to win position lies in Unique Insights, the long tail of recommendations." If no Unique Insights are present, skip this sentence entirely.

Beat 5: Content Gap (The Fix)

Duration: 60-120 seconds Screen: Content Strategy UX with selectors, Insights tab, Content Assets tab, Article detail modal Emotion: Controlled enthusiasm. Presenting a clear path forward.

Opening Line

"The good news: once you see the gaps, you can close them."

Five-Part Structure

Beat 5 follows the screen through five distinct moments. Each part aligns with what the viewer sees.

Part 1 (approximately 5 seconds): Content Strategy UX is visible with persona and territory selectors.

"With our Content Strategy intelligence solution, you choose the Persona and Territory to win."

Part 2 (approximately 10 seconds): Content generates (sped up). Insights tab appears with goals, messages, and keywords.

"The goal is to help [persona name] [reduce pain point] by [outcome]. That is what you are selling. That is what AI should connect to your brand. These are the messages you need in every article."

Part 3 (approximately 5 seconds): Content Assets tab shows generated articles.

"We see a gap in the [cluster name] cluster. To fill it, we have created a surgical article titled [article title]."

Part 4 (remaining time): Article detail modal opens.

"This content is structured data for AI. You review the draft, add your unique brand voice, and publish. This turns your website into a primary source for AI models."

Pro Tip: Do not mention the Strategist package or pricing in this beat. That belongs in the closing beat, only after the pricing page is visible on screen.

Beat 6: Closing

Duration: 10-20 seconds Screen: Dashboard recap, then pricing page Emotion: Quiet confidence. The tone of someone who has seen this work.

Strategist Package Recommendation

Wait until the pricing page is visible on screen. Then:

"For the recommendation share you deserve, I recommend the Strategist package."

Brief Reflection

"Your Message Alignment is [score]. Now we just need AI to say your name."

Signature Close

"The question is not whether AI is talking about your brand. It is what AI is saying..."

The ellipsis at the end creates a 4-second silence before the pre-recorded outro begins. The outro narrator delivers the final line: "Your expertise took years to build. AI decides in milliseconds who to recommend."

Checkpoint: You can deliver all 6 beats from memory using only the scan data on screen. You know the hook formula, the interpretation framework, the hallucination bridge, and the signature close.

Vertical-Specific Adjustments

The 6-beat structure stays the same across all verticals. What changes is the emphasis within each beat and the language you use for the opening hook.

Service Companies

Focus area: Brand Recall (often zero for service firms)

Service companies typically score well on Message Alignment because their content is detailed and specific. The gap is almost always Brand Recall: AI knows what they do but does not mention them by name.

Beat 1 hook example: "When a Head of Engineering asks AI about custom software development partners in Poland, does [brand] come up?"

Beat 3 persona emphasis: Technical buyer personas (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, procurement leads). Highlight that technical buyers rely on AI for vendor shortlisting.

Beat 5 content emphasis: Position content as "making your expertise machine-readable." Service firms have the knowledge; they just need to structure it so AI can cite it.

E-commerce

Focus area: Product category coverage and seasonal territories

E-commerce brands often have strong presence in their hero product categories but are invisible in adjacent categories and seasonal moments.

Beat 1 hook example: "Kiedy klientka pyta AI o najlepsze kremy na zimę w Polsce, czy [brand] w ogóle się pojawia?"

Beat 2 emphasis: Seasonal territories. Point out that the Brand DNA Map shows which product categories AI associates with the brand and which categories are missing entirely.

Beat 5 content emphasis: Product-specific content that helps AI recommend the brand for specific use cases, not just the brand name.

Marketing Agencies

Focus area: The meta-conversation (they sell AI visibility as a service)

Marketing agencies are your partners. The demo is different because they are evaluating the tool they will resell, not just their own visibility.

Beat 1 hook adjustment: Run the demo on one of their clients, not on the agency itself. "When a CMO at [agency client] asks AI about [query], does [client brand] come up?"

Beat 5 emphasis: Show how the Content Strategy solution generates content the agency can deliver to their client. Frame it as a new revenue stream: "This is what you deliver to your client every month."

Beat 6 emphasis: Position the Strategist package as the agency's productized service offering. Monthly monitoring plus content generation equals a recurring engagement.

Enterprise Brands

Focus area: Competitor displacement and cross-market coverage

Enterprise brands usually have some AI visibility, but competitors are mentioned more frequently or in more contexts.

Beat 1 hook example: "When a procurement director asks AI to compare enterprise data platforms, does [brand] come up first, or does [competitor]?"

Beat 3 emphasis: Multiple persona segments across geographies. Enterprise buyers ask different questions in different markets, and AI gives different answers by language.

Beat 4 emphasis: Stability testing across markets. The Dice Roller shows whether the brand appears consistently or only in certain regions.

Manufacturing

Focus area: B2B buyer journey and long sales cycles

Manufacturing companies often have deep expertise but weak online content. AI cannot recommend what it cannot find.

Beat 1 hook example: "When a plant manager asks AI about industrial automation solutions, does [brand] appear in the recommendation?"

Beat 2 emphasis: Technical territories. Manufacturing brands need to own specific technical categories where their expertise is deepest.

Beat 5 emphasis: Long-form technical content that positions the brand as the authoritative source for specific engineering problems.

Language Rules for Narration

These rules apply to all spoken narration, whether in automated TTS scripts or partner-delivered demos.

Written vs. Spoken Format

ContextFormatExample
Written materials (playbooks, docs)"AI""AI Visibility Score"
TTS scripts (automated video)"A.I." (with periods)"A.I. Visibility Score"
Live demo (partner speaks)"AI" (spoken as "ay-eye")Say "AI" naturally

The "A.I." format with periods exists only for TTS engines, which mispronounce "AI" as a single syllable. In written playbooks and live demos, use "AI" normally.

Pacing Rules

  • Use a single dash with spaces ( - ) for natural breath pauses. Never use double dashes.
  • Use ellipsis (...) before dramatic reveals: "Your score is... forty eight."
  • Maximum 20 words per sentence. Short sentences create emphasis. Longer sentences provide flow.
  • End key sentences with a period, not a dash.
  • Questions create natural curiosity pauses. Use them at the start of each beat.

Number Rules

All numbers are spoken as words in narration:

WrittenSpoken
48/100"forty eight out of a hundred"
0%"zero percent"
35 brands"thirty five other brands"
90% confidence"nearly ninety percent confidence"
61"sixty one"

Vocabulary Rules

Use ThisNot This
AI visibilitySemantic optimization
What AI believes about your brandKnowledge graph embedding
Win recommendation shareIncrease prompt impression score
How AI sees your brandOntology clusters
Brand RecallPIS score
Message AlignmentSMR metric
Value UnderstandingARD metric
Content StructurePPMA metric

Never use: semantic, ontology, embeddings, vectors, LLM, pipeline, canonical. Your audience is marketers, not engineers.

Lists in Narration

Keep named lists to 3 items maximum. Beyond 3, say "and several others." Reading long lists in narration kills pacing and audience attention.

Voice and Delivery

The persona behind every demo is Dmitrij Zatuchin, CEO of Rankfor.AI. The delivery sits at the intersection of Netflix documentary narrator and McKinsey partner: analytical, direct, zero fluff. It is possible to customize and assign the new voice actor and record intro and outro video with a sales partner as a part of our marketing support for the partner.

Hook Patterns That Work

Contrarian: "Traditional SEO is dead for AI search. Your rankings mean nothing if AI recommends your competitor."

Data-led: "We ran the same query through three AI platforms. Brand overlap: zero percent."

Question: "When was the last time you checked what AI says about your brand?"

Scenario: "When a Head of Engineering asks AI about custom software development partners in Poland, does DO OK come up?"

Patterns to Avoid

  • Opening with a statement instead of a question
  • "But here's the thing..." as a dramatic pivot
  • Dramatic one-word paragraphs for fake suspense
  • Superlatives ("amazing," "revolutionary," "game-changer")
  • Filler words ("basically," "essentially," "kind of")
  • Starting multiple sentences with "So"
  • Saying "look at this" or "as you can see" (narration must work as audio-only)

The Layer-Shift Technique

Acknowledge what is obvious, then go deeper. This positions you as a peer advisor, not a salesperson:

"Your Message Alignment is at sixty one. That sounds reasonable. But what it means is that AI does not believe you speak the right language to your customers. It thinks you are talking about products. Your buyers are asking about problems."

The first sentence states the fact. The second acknowledges the surface interpretation. The third reveals what the data actually means. This is the layer-shift.

Signature Patterns

Close with reflection: "The question is not whether AI is talking about your brand. It is what AI is saying..."

Cause-and-effect: "Your Message Alignment is already sixty one. Now we just need AI to say your name."

Authority without arrogance: "Our intelligence across one million persona profiles shows..."

Putting It All Together

The total narration runs approximately 3 minutes and 30 seconds. The screen recording with intro and outro brings the complete video to approximately 4 minutes and 15 seconds.

Quick Wins (Do These Now)

  • Memorize the Beat 1 hook formula: "When a [role] asks AI about [query], does [brand] come up?"
  • Memorize the score interpretation framework for each range
  • Memorize the signature close: "The question is not whether AI is talking about your brand. It is what AI is saying..."
  • Practice the hallucination bridge: "When AI does not know the answer, it starts to hallucinate."
  • Practice the layer-shift technique on a real client's Message Alignment score
